TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN YOU ORDER OUR PRODUCTS

1. Our contract with you

1.1. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you.

1.2. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. They explain who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the Contract, and what to do if there is a problem.

1.3. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to confirm it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

1.4. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you and will not charge you for the product.

1.5. We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. Please refer to this number when contacting us.

3. Your rights to make changes

3.1. If you wish to make a change to your order, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible and whether it affects price or delivery time.

4. Our rights to make changes

4.1. We may make minor changes to the products to reflect legal or regulatory requirements.

4.2. For more significant changes, we will notify you, and you may contact us to end the Contract before changes take effect.

4.3. We may update digital content to match the description provided at purchase.

5. Providing the products

5.1. Delivery costs are displayed on our website.

5.2. During checkout, we will provide estimated delivery times.

5.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control but will notify you if they occur.

5.4. If you request to collect the products, we’ll notify you when and where to do so.

5.5. If no one is home to receive the order, we’ll leave a note on how to rearrange delivery or collect it.

5.6. If you do not collect or rearrange delivery, we may charge storage or delivery fees.

5.7. You have legal rights if we deliver goods late. You may treat the Contract as ended if delivery is essential and delayed.

5.8. Alternatively, you may set a new reasonable delivery deadline.

6. Refunds and your rights to end the Contract

6.1. If you are dissatisfied with a product, we will refund the cost (less shipping) if requested within 14 days of shipment.

6.2. You may end the Contract for various reasons, including changing your mind or delays beyond your control.

6.3. You may also end the Contract if we make significant changes to the product, pricing errors, or supply issues.

6.4. You cannot return products sealed for health or hygiene reasons once opened.

6.6. You have 14 days from the day you (or someone nominated by you) receive your goods to change your mind, unless goods are delivered in parts — in that case, 14 days from the last delivery.

7. How to end the Contract

7.1. To end the Contract, please do one of the following:

7.1.1. Log in to your account on ddaxue.com and cancel the order.

7.1.2. Write to us at support@ddaxue.com with your name, address, order details, and contact information.

8. Price and payment

8.1. The product price is shown on our website at checkout, including applicable taxes.

8.2. If we discover a pricing error before confirming your order, we will contact you. If the correct price is higher, you may cancel or confirm the order at the new price.

8.3. If you believe an invoice is incorrect, please contact us immediately. You will not be charged interest during dispute resolution.

9. Our responsibility for loss or damage

9.1. We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach or negligence but not for losses that are unforeseeable.
