B. Additional Processing Time for Special Orders
Customized or personalized items—such as products with custom names, artwork, prints, or special designs—may require an additional 1–3 business days for preparation to ensure accuracy and quality.
For large or bulk orders exceeding 50 units, processing may take 7–10 business days depending on inventory availability and production scheduling.

G. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if SMS notifications were selected during checkout).
Tracking updates usually become active within 24–48 hours after the carrier scans the package into their system.
If the status initially shows “Label Created”, it simply means the carrier has not yet completed the first scan. Updates will appear once the package enters the carrier network.
