Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the package is marked as delivered by the carrier.

To qualify for a return, the item must be postmarked within the 30-day return window. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return.

This return window allows customers sufficient time to inspect the item after delivery.

Return Method

All approved returns are completed by mail.

A return label is included in the package to help simplify the return process. Customers should securely pack the item and attach the return label before sending it back.
