Refund Processing Time

Once a returned item arrives at our facility, it is registered and forwarded to our Quality Control team for inspection.

The inspection process usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on return volume.

After the inspection is completed, you will receive an email notification confirming whether the refund request has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. The exact time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
