II. After the 4-Hour Window Has Passed


Once this timeframe closes, your order will typically have entered processing, production, or packaging. At that point:
• Cancellation is no longer guaranteed
• Modifications to product details are not available
• Changes to shipping or delivery method cannot be made
• The order becomes fully billable and non-adjustable

If the item has already shipped, it cannot be intercepted or altered. If you still wish to return the item after delivery, it will follow our standard return procedures and associated costs.

III. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information

If a package is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:
