To make everything easier to understand, we’ve organized our complete shipping process into simple A–B–C sections. This format ensures you always know what’s happening with your order, what timelines to expect, and why certain steps are necessary.

A. Order Processing
  1. All orders go through a standard 2–5 business day processing window. This time allows us to review your order details, confirm payment, inspect product quality, and prepare secure packaging before shipment.

  2. During processing, our fulfillment team carefully checks each item to ensure accuracy, quality, and proper packaging standards. This prevents mistakes and helps us ensure every order is shipped correctly the first time.

  3. Our business week runs from Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed outside business days or business hours are processed in the order they were received on the next operating day.

  4. Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST automatically move into the following business day’s processing schedule to maintain accuracy and careful handling.

  5. Orders submitted on Sundays or holidays begin processing on the next available business day. This schedule allows us to maintain consistency and ensure each order receives proper attention.

B. Additional Processing Time for Special Orders
  1. Customized or personalized products—including custom names, artwork, prints, and special designs—require extra preparation time. For these items, please allow an additional 1–3 business days to ensure accuracy, quality, and design precision.

  2. For bulk or wholesale orders exceeding 50 units, processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on inventory levels and production schedules. Larger orders require coordination between multiple teams, which is why a longer timeframe may be necessary.

  3. Although we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, customized and bulk orders undergo more steps to guarantee top quality.

  4. Same-day processing is only available for standard, non-custom orders placed before 7:00 PM EST.

C. Shipping Carriers
  1. Once your order has been processed, we hand it off to one of our reliable carrier partners: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL (for select international regions).

  2. Carrier selection is based on your location, package size, and whichever provider offers the most efficient, secure route at the time of shipping.

  3. Our goal is always to choose a delivery method that ensures safe handling and timely arrival.

D. Shipping Fee
  1. All domestic orders are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD.

  2. This predictable rate helps us maintain high-quality packaging materials, careful handling procedures, and consistent delivery speeds across all orders.

  3. We keep our pricing simple so customers always know exactly what to expect at checkout.

E. Delivery Time
  1. After your order has shipped, average U.S. delivery typically falls within 5–12 business days, depending on your location and carrier traffic.

  2. If you live in a rural or remote area, transit times may be slightly longer due to limited carrier routes.

  3. Delivery speed may also be affected by weather conditions, transportation delays, staffing shortages, or other operational issues within carrier networks. While such delays are outside our control, we do our best to monitor them and keep you informed when possible.

  4. During periods of high demand—such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and nationwide holiday rushes—both processing and delivery times may temporarily increase.

  5. If you are placing an order needed for a specific event or holiday, we strongly recommend ordering 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure timely arrival.

F. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following locations:

  1. Alaska

  2. Hawaii

  3. U.S. Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico, and American Samoa

  4. P.O. Boxes

  5. APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

These restrictions exist due to carrier limitations and logistical challenges. As DDAXUE grows, we hope to expand our available shipping regions.

G. Tracking Your Order
  1. After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if you opted in).

  2. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours after the carrier scans the package into their system.

  3. If the tracking page displays “label created” for longer than usual, it likely means the carrier is experiencing delays in scanning due to volume. Once scanned, updates will begin appearing in real time.

  4. You can check your tracking link anytime to follow your order’s progress from our warehouse to your doorstep.

H. Holiday & Peak Season Notes
  1. Major holidays significantly increase national shipping volume, which can slow down both processing and transit.

  2. Carrier delays occasionally occur during periods of high demand—even when using expedited services.

  3. Weather events, especially winter storms, may also cause unpredictable delivery interruptions.

  4. To avoid seasonal delays, we encourage customers to place holiday and gift-related orders early.
